Installed Products

All installed films and other products that cannot be removed and re-sold are non-refundable. They are, however, backed by a 100% durability guarantee. We will fix any issues that arise from our work for the manufacturer specified lifetime of the product (as long as products are maintained either by us or in accordance with our recommendations for product care.) Non-Installed Products

All non-installed products and products that can be removed and re-sold are returnable within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or logged purchase in our system. All products for return must be in like-new condition with original packaging. Service charges for installation of returnable products are non-refundable and the removal of returnable products from your vehicle may be subject to removal fees on a case-by-case basis.
