The time each job will take varies largely depending on the size of your vehicle and the complexity of the service. For that reason we give time ranges instead of definite pickup dates. Below is a list of some of our common jobs and the time we allot for them, for order-specific scheduling, add your services to your cart and proceed to checkout to see available drop-off and estimated pick-up dates.

  • Bumper & Headlights: 1-2 business days
  • Full Front: 2-3 business days
  • Full Front & Rockers: 2-4 business days

These time estimates are only for the PPF prep and installation itself; additional services needed may alter these time estimates.

Getting paint Protection Film (PPF) over brand new factory paint is the only way to guarantee your vehicle continues to look good over time. PPF is self-healing so most light scratches and rock chips that would otherwise build up on your paint overtime literally vanish in the sun.

Without PPF, a car is either resold as damaged, or repainted, both of which decrease resale value. PPF pays for itself on resale, while maintaining the good condition during your ownership. If your car is a forever car, then it helps maintain the brand-new condition, and ultimately saves money and potential heartbreak over repainting later down the road.

Paint protection film (PPF) is a self-healing film applied to painted surfaces in order to protect the paint from paint chips, bugs, and minor scratches. Ceramic coating chemically binds to the surface and forms a chemical barrier that makes it difficult for dirt and water to stick to the surface. For the best look and least maintenance, we recommend applying ceramic over PPF.

Vinyl is a type of flexible plastic fabric that colored or printed with a design and generally applied to a vehicle to change its cosmetic appearance.

Typically vinyl, like all plastics, degrade over time with exposure to the sun and typically will last 3-5 years before showing signs of aging. PPF, however, is designed to withstand years of sunlight and protect whatever it is applied to from UV damage. Additionally, PPF is self-healing from minor scratches and protects against rock chips which vinyl is unable to do.

Vinyl + PPF can be a fantastic combination to both change the color or look of your vehicle and keep it protected. There are also so-called "fashion" PPF films available that are colored instead of the typical clear or matte PPF. If you'd like to check these out, we have samples available in the shop!
